Here is an example of a good quality Art Deco style birds eye maple dressing table by Supersuite, with a cloud shape design, circa 1960, in original condition. Featuring a cloud shape mirror and overall design, this dressing table boasts classic Art Deco styling. The dressing table features a stunning mellow birds eye maple veneer with a lovely grain configuration and colour. The base consists of a sunken central well, a gallery up stand (to stop items falling behind the back of the dressing table), with a lovely curved front and sides, and stands on an elegant cross-banded walnut plynth. The centre of the dressing table features a bow-fronted drawer at the top, which also includes a secret compartment, accessed by lifting up the front panel. Below are two curved drawers. There is a further curved drawer on each side, both of which boast two compartments, one above the other. The drawers retain their original brass floral shaped knobs and have oak drawer linings.
The dressing table features a mellow birds eye maple colour. As it boasts the original polish, it has a lovely mellow colour and patination this can only be achieved through the years of care and cleaning its received. This truly is a very beautiful and is original throughout.

Nominal old use marks to the mirror. The oak lined drawers retain their original brass floral shaped knobs and they close flush to the frame. This dressing table base mirror detaches from the base for easy and safe transportation. This item is well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.
