A very well made and useful antique Victorian style bookcase in walnut. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1950’s.

It is of superb quality, with stunning burr walnut grain patterns and beautifully carved corbels at the corners. This has an inverted breakfront shape, it sits on an impressive plinth base. The top is cross banded with a border of double herringbone inlay.

The condition is excellent for its age, with only some very minor wear here and there.
