An impressive carved oak Victorian stick barometer. Choice grain to the case and the original carved cistern cover. A mercury thermometer to the scale. A twin adjustable Vernier scale to the main dial. Bevelled glass to the main dial and thermometer box. Hill of Birmingham is recorded as working at 10 George Street circa 1860. Height 42 " / 109 cms
