This is an antique silver storage case. An English, mahogany secure keepsake box, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1800.
Superb Georgian craftsmanship for storing treasured items
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order

Ebony trim adds a fine dark contrast to the edges
