This early 20th century bow fronted silver antique jewellery box stands on four decorative legs and is clearly hallmarked Birmingham 1917. The tortoiseshell lid is silver inlaid in a design of flowers and ribbons. This lid lifts to reveal a rust coloured padded interior which tones beautifully with the tortoiseshell. The condition is very good.

This delightful jewellery box would make a perfect gilt or a special personal indulgence.
