This is a marvellous Antique Georgian period Mahogany Serpentine Knife Box with a lovely inlaid shell design to the lid that has been converted into a Stationery / Letter Box with some lovely solid partitions inside to store letters and documents.

It is in good condition but does exhibit some age-related wear, which includes a little wear to the veneer to the lid and there’s no key for the lock. It measures approximately 32cm high at the back, 19.5cm wide and 22cm front to back at the centre.
