Antique Omega pocket watch and chain
Antique Omega pocket watch and chain.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 4423587 which dates it back to around 1912.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel. Both the bezel and the case back are screw-fitting, a nice sign of quality, and the inside of the case of the case back has the early Omega logo. The front of the case is in good condition, the back of the watch has some unevenness.
The glass lens is in lovely condition.
The dial is signed with the Omega name and logo, and it also has the remains of the name of the original Wolverhampton retailer. The dial has a small chip to the very edge but it is covered by the bezel. Other than that, it is in lovely condition.
The watch comes with a single chain, 26cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch and chain come in a new presentation box.
