This is an Antique Oak Cotswold School slab end sofa table. It is raised on flat stretchers with slab ends and a lovely piece all ways round. The quality of the Cabinet work on this piece is exceptional with movement blocks under the top so it will never crack. It was bought locally and I am convinced its Arthur Basil Reynolds when he was here locally for 18 months at Tutnall Grange after he got de mobbed in 1947. A great sofa table.
