Antique Mahogany Wheel Barometer.
An early 19th century mercury wheel barometer. The fine quality mahogany case is inlaid with shells and flowers, and edged with ebony and boxwood stringing. A warm golden colour, with the green harewood in the inlays still vibrant, makes this a very attractive case. The hand engraved silvered dial is inscribed "Barnascone & Co London".
