A good quality, gold plated, English Lever Hunter Cased Pocket Watch in very good condition and in excellent working order, dating from c1900. This watch was retailed by W B Wyness of Keith (Scotland).
The Gold Plated, watch case is in very good condition. The inside the rear cover is the case maker's name "Dennison Watch Case Co" alongside the case serial number. The inner cuvette engraved "Guaranteed to Wear 10 Years". A very good quality watch case. All hinges are good and watch case closes tightly as it should.
The good quality, 7 Jewel English Lever movement is in very clean condition and working order. It has the serial number 160136. It is signed "Warranted English" and also "7 Jewels". The movement is stem wind and set. A good quality movement.
The white enamel dial is in excellent condition. It is signed "W B Wyness, Keith". It has the hours in Roman numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. It has a lovely set of blued steel, original hands.
