A charming and highly collectable antique Edwardian Oak Weighing Scales, made in England and dating from the 1900-1910 period.

It is of fine quality and has a wonderful design. The solid oak frame has a leather footrest, the instruments at the top are finely crafted from solid brass. This is complete with the original weights, which appear to be gold plated.

The condition is excellent for its age, it’s hard to tell how precise it is, but it seems to function! The leather on the footrest has been replaced by us.
