Antique silver pocket watch, 1919 & chain.
The watch has a nicely jewelled stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some mild bruising.
The watch measures 50.2mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case, including the inner cover, is silver and there are import marks for London 1919 with the importers mark for George Stockwell. The case has light surface marking from use and some mild bruising to the back but overall it is in nice condition for a 1919 piece.
The acrylic lens is in nice condition.
The enamel dial has minor marking but overall it is in nice condition. Original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch come on a 1906 silver single albert chain with a 1907 fob.
Each link of the chain has the lion passant mark and the T bar is hallmarked for 1906.
The fob and chain weighs 32 grams and measures 17.5 cm including the T bar and clasp.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
