For sale today we have this absolutely stunning William Moorcroft "Eventide" pattern biscuit box. This fine and rare box has twin ceramic handles to the side while the lid has a further applied ceramic handle. Exquisitely decorated to the evening sunset version of William's landscape design with a total of 10 trees against rolling hills to the outer edges and further canopies and hills to the lid. Fiery reds, greens and ochre feature in this atmospheric colour scheme.
6 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" across the handles. Both pieces are stamped Moorcroft, Made in England and the base bears William's green "flash" signature.
