An early 19th century domestic bit of Treen, a medium sized bowl for food preparation and serving at table. In terms of hard life this was spared the knife but it has surely been knocked about the rim. Basically very sound, the bowl has two tight closed splits gained as it seasoned and completely unmoving now, I've had this bowl in my collection for many years and it has remained as stable as it is now all that time.
