Alexander Ritchie Celtic Iona Brass Nunnery Box

A rare Arts & Crafts Iona Celtic brass box, the design attributed to Alexander Ritchie, circa 1920-30. I haven't had one of these before but examples are illustrated in books and online. Offered in reasonable condition, commensurate with age, it has been polished and could do with re-soldering as there is a split on the corner where the top has come apart from the side. This has been repaired in the past but could be done much more neatly. It measures 11cm long, 7cm wide and 5cm tall. The price includes UK postage. Also illustrated are a selection of other Iona and Scottish pieces currently for sale.

You should receive the goods 10 - 14 days after ordering, more time is required for delivery to the Far North and Scotland. The furniture is sent with small independent and friendly couriers, who take very good care of the furniture whilst in transit. Delivery is to the door, but with request the driver will normally assist into a secure place, house, garage, outhouses, etc.
Levels Antiques do not accept responsibility for any damage caused on the customer's premises when the delivery is being made.
Drivers mobile number available for liaising on day of delivery. Only one delivery attempt will be made with arrangements for the drop off being made in advance.

RETURNS
Here at Levels Antiques we abide by the distance selling regulations (updated 13/6/14).
You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours.
Once item/s are delivered you have 14 days to cancel the order. Return of your purchase(s) must be within 14 days of this cancellation date.
The cost of the item/s and any delivery charge paid by the buyer will be refunded, whilst the cost of returning the item/s is at the buyers’ own expense.
