A vintage 1930s silver Cyma pocket watch & chain.
A vintage 1930s silver Cyma pocket watch & chain.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement, with seven jewels, which is working well. The movement is stamped 7 jewels, adjusted, Swiss made and the Cyma calibre number 999.
The watch measures 49.3mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The silver case has Birmingham hallmarks for 1931 and the makers mark for the Eclipce watch case company. The case has a little gentle unevenness to the back but overall is in good condition for its age with just light surface marks.
The glass lens is in nice condition with only minor marks from use.
The white enamel dial is signed With the retailers name Watches Ltd and it is in nice condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute marker.
The watch comes on a continental rope twist silver chain.
The chain measures 22cm including the clasps.
The watch & chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
