A Superbly Carved 18th Century Oak Panel

This is a carved panels are from a 18th Century piece of antique furniture, the panel came from a door and is probably of French origin. The panel is a very unusual shape, it bows out at the bottom half like a bombe shaped piece
The subject is a large shell shape enclosed with acanthus leaves, above there is a floral swag, the quality of the carving is very fine and the panel has a superb patina
The panel is in original and good condition
The panel is 13.5” wide x 20” high
