A Neat Oak Estate Deed Box 18th Century
Handsome brass plate escutcheon to the front with heavy duty brass swan neck carrying handles to the sides. The box opens to reveal three internal sections with working locks and keys for two of them.
Absolutely wonderful patina to this piece and because of the small size, would work in most homes, this is a very decorative and functional piece of period antique furniture. Possibly dating to the first quarter of the 18th Century.
