A mid-size 1960s Rodania wrist watch
A mid-size 1960s Rodania wrist watch.
Rodania was a very popular brand, particularly in the 1960s when they were often worn by stars of the day.
The watch has a Swiss 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch itself measures 30mm wide excluding the winding crown and 38mm high including the interestingly shaped lugs… it would suit a man with a slim wrist or it could be worn by a lady. The case is gold plated with a stainless steel screw-on case back. It is in good condition with just minor surface marks. The case back is signed with the Rodania name.
Both the lens and the signed dial are in lovely condition with original hands.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).
