A gents 1964 Omega wrist watch
A gents 1964 Omega wrist watch.
The watch has a hand-winding movement, calibre 601, which is working well. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 21,622,750 dates it back to 1964.
The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated and it is in good condition. The case back has the Omega triangular stamp inside together with the case reference 131.019 which is correct for the calibre 601 movement. The winding crown is a later non-Omega replacement.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial has an attractive textured finish. Original hands, centre seconds hand and outer minute markers. There is some freckling across the dial.
A new brown leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).
