A very fine, 9CT Gold Swiss made, Hunter Cased Pocket Watch. This watch is an excellent example, in superb condition and very good working order.
The 9 carat solid gold hunter case is English made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "ALD" for A L Dennison, "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold, the Birmingham "anchor" town mark and date letter "A" for 1925/26.
The white enamel dial is in excellent condition, it has the hours in Arabic numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. It is signed "Swiss Made".
The very good quality, high grade, 21 Jewel/5 Adjustments Swiss made movement is in excellent condition and excellent working order.
The watch measures 50mm in diameter (across the case, excluding the winding crown).
