3 Dimensional Double Sided Wooden Hovis Tea Shop Sign

A great piece of social history, this sign is in wood it has been made with applied large letters, sadly here is a few bits missing but they could be restored if wished
The double sided sign would have hung outside a rural Cafe it proudly announces TEAS with HOViS
and underneath the well known slogan written in a scroll shaped cartouche taking up shape of the lower side of the sign “The RULE of the ROAD”
Unrestored a treat gem
The sign is 26” high, 33” wide and 3” thick
