A small circular Patch or Pill Box in Briarwood and lined throughout with Tortoiseshell. The top having tiny painted pink Rose framed under Verre Eglomise Glass.When closed the sides are concave.I believe this is probably French and dates from c.1900. Dimensions are 6cms Diam.Condition is very good, there is the VERY tiniest chip on edge of Base. I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antique Shop, 53, High Street Heathfield E.Sussex.If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are not on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in the Shop.
