Antique large fine quality Victorian late 19th Century French gilt overmantle or wall mirror. Lovely charm and elegance.
This is a lovely mirror. Great frame in very good condition, which has only had minor losses and touching up/refinishing over the years… looks great.
An impressive and rare find, that would look amazing in the right location. No woodworm.
The original mirrored glass is in good condition with light oxidation, some hazing and minor historic imperfections.
Overall maximum dimensions: 150cmH x 93cmW x 19cmD. Mirrored glass 112cmH x 70cmW.
In very good antique condition with minor historic knocks, marks, wear and imperfections, as is generally desirable with antique furniture.
