A sound and attractive Elm bowl with several stress splits on the inside probably caused by being constantly wet and then dry while seasoning with vey hot contents. They are now completely stable and don't reach the outside. No sign of active beetle damage. just a few old exits and treated for peace of mind. Nicely incised lines while being turned on the pole lathe. This bowl was recently acquired from a large private collection of Kitchenalia.
