A 1991 Omega Polaris Chronograph wristwatch. A matte black dial with a central recess and a raised outer tachymetre scale. The central dial has multiple subsidaries, with a constant seconds at 6 o'clock, a 12 hour counter at 10 o'clock and a 1/10th second counter at 2 o'clock. The chrongraph minute counter utilises a second hand which flicks over after every 60 second rotation. The hours are marked by lume dots and are segmented with second markers in a contrasting white. The time is indicated by lume filled variants of 'index' hands.

A substantial stainless steel case with an overall brushed steel finish. The standout feature of this case is the 18K gold inlaid and burnished into the finish, surrounding the dial. This feature is mirrored in the design of the box, which is a lovely touch. Original pushers and Omega winding crown. A snap on case back marked 'Omega Seamaster'. Case reference 386 1031.1. Original integral strap with a gold inlay to the clasp.


The watch is powered by a 27 jewel Omega caliber 1675, quartz operated mechanism. This watch is dated by serial numbers for 1991.
