1974 Omega De Ville 'jumbo' Wristwatch
A rare 1974 Omega De Ville wristwatch. A grey dial with a subtle pinstripe effect. Applied steel hour markers each with a central white strip, doubled at 12. Signed 'Swiss made ' below 6 o'clock. Applied Omega logo below 12. The hours and minutes are indicated by very slim white hands.
A large rectangular steel case, with contrasting brushed steel and polished steel finishes to the bezel surround and the sloped lug ends. The lugs have a slight champfering to the edges. Original Omega winding crown. The watch is signed to the back 'De Ville' with the 'skyline' logo of the range. This watch bears the reference 155.007. Complete with its original Omega stainless steel bracelet. It is rather unusual to find watches of this 'jumbo' style and size in such good condition.
The watch is powered by a 24 jewel caliber 684 Omega mechanism. The 38m serial numbers date the watch to 1974.
