1972 Omega Geneve, Box and Papers


A 1972 Omega Geneve wristwatch. A silvered dial with a .brushed' steel finish and a date aperture to 3 o'clock. Applied gilt hour markers each with a central black strip and champfered to both ends. Signed 'Swiss made ' below 6 o'clock. Omega logo below 12. The hours and minutes are indicated by ''pencil' hands.
A gold plated case with a flat bezel and a tapering towards the lugs. This watch bears the reference 136.0049. This watch comes with its original box, paperwork and guarantee booklet.
The watch is powered by a 17 jewel caliber 613 Omega mechanism. The 34m serial numbers date the watch to 1972. The paperwork is a match for serial numbers and references, showing it was sold in Hatton Garden in 1974.
