A 1955 railroad grade pocket watch by Elgin. A highly legible enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and a minute track to the outer. A 10K gold filled case with screw down front and back, by Star Watch Case Company. A high quality 21 jewel caliber 571 mechanism made by Elgin, USA. Mechanism and dial signed BW Raymond, who was the founder of the Elgin watch company. Serial numbers date this watch to 1955.

Case width 51 mm.
