A 1954 Longines gold filled wristwatch. A white dial with gilt indices and subsidiary seconds dial to 6 o’clock. A 10K gold filled case, stamped to the inner ‘Longines Wittnauer’. A good quality 17 jewel caliber 23Z mechanism by Longines, stamped to the backplate LXW. An unusual case design with ‘crab claw’ lugs. Serial numbers date this watch to 1954.
