A 1946 Rolex Oyster Perpetual 'bubbleback' wristwatch. A silvered dial with outer minute track printed, indicated by a blued steel seconds hand. The Arabic numerals at the quarters are backed by lume dots, as are the dagger hour markers around the dial. A stainless steel Oyster case with screw down case back, reference 2940. Original screw down crown signed 'Rolex Oyster'. A 17 jewel automatic caliber 630 mechanism. Serial numbers date this watch to 1946.
