A 1940s Cyma 'Doctors' style wristwatch. A rectangular or 'tonneau' shaped case made in stainless steel. A very unusual dial design, showing a central minute dial with 10 second markers indicated by a sweep seconds. The outer area of the dial shows the hours in Arabic numerals. Case back inner marked 'stainless steel Swiss made'. Original matte white hands. A rare Cyma Tavannes caliber 74 manual wind mechanism. Circa 1940s.
