A 1940 Omega British Military pilots wristwatch, issued to the Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm. A base metal case front, with a stainless steel case back marked HS^8 9420. Case reference 2292 made by Omega. An off white dial with Arabic numerals and blued steel hands and sweep seconds. A high quality 16 jewel manual wind Omega 30T2 SC mechanism, as well as an Omega winding crown. The 'Bonklip' strap on this watch is the original issue, marked 'BHB&s pat no349657. Only 2900 of these watches were made and issued, making it a very collectible piece in great original condition.
