A 1939 Omega 30T2 wristwatch. A slim stainless steel case with a flat bezel. An unusual black dial with gilt Arabic numerals at the quarters and gilt hour batons. An subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o'clock. Case reference 2489 2. A high quality 15 jewel Omega caliber 30T2 mechanism. Serial numbers date this watch to 1939, the first year the 30T2 was put into production.
