1920s silver English Lever pocket watch & chain
Antique 1926 silver English Lever pocket watch, with 1926 albert chain.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, which is working nicely. The movement has 7 jewels and is signed English Manufacture. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 50.6mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the two case backs for Birmingham 1926 with the case makers mark for the Dennison watch case company. The case has a couple of small "dings" to the outer edge of the back but otherwise it is in nice condition and the engine turned detail to the back is still nice and crisp.
The watch glass is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.
The dial is in lovely condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch comes on a silver double watch albert chain.
The albert chain is possibly the original that came with the watch as they were purchased together and the dates tie up.
The chain has Chester hallmarks for 1926, each of the links on the chain have the lion passant mark.
Each of the longer chains measure 21.5 cm including the T bar and clasp.
The chain weighs 30.9grams in total.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).
Please contact us before placing international orders so that we can advise of shipping prices and to see if customs regulations allow us to post watches to your country.

Credit / debit card purchases can be made over the telephone on 01386 750238 or you can proceed via the \'Buy Securely\' button on each listing page.
