18th Century Chinese Cinnabar Box
We are selling this quality 18th Century Chinese cinnabar box which is traditionally decorated and signed to base. The lid has a scene of elders seated in the garden and surrounded with flowering trees. Around the edges foilage and flowers.
Measuring 5 3/4 inches in length and depth of 4 inches. The piece is signed to the base (see photos). The piece is damaged to the base and chips to one side on the inside of the box. A quality old piece for the collector.
