Superb 18 Kt Yellow Gold Stauffer Gent's Keywind
Open Face Pocket Watch Swiss 1870

An 18 Kt yellow gold open face Stauffer keywind pocket watch, made in Switzerland in 1870. The pocket watch is complete with an old key.
Dial: The yellow gold colored dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has nice blued hands. The centre of the dial has nice flower decoration. The protective glass is in great condition.
Movement: The cylinder bar movement has blued screws and is in great working condition, however we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement is signed: "Stauffer, Chaux-De Fonds" with the Stauffer logo.
Case: The pocket watch lies in an 18 Kt yellow gold open face case with gold hinges. The back of the case has lovely decorations and is monogram free. The inner side of the case is stamped for 18 Kt gold and numbered: 49391.
