An 1886 H J Norris, Coventry Silver pocket watch. An enamel dial with black Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial to 6 o'clock. The dial is signed 'The Official Timekeeper' above 'H J Norris, Manufacturer, Registered'. A good quality English fusee mechanism, signed by makers H J Norris of Coventry and numbered 37467'. London Silver hallmarks date this watch to 1886.
