Description

Quality Art Nouveau silver photograph frame, Chester 1914. Attractively shaped rectangular frame with corner detail on a solid oak back with hinged support. Rectangular aperture. Retaining tabs to bottom corners together with swivel clips to secure its back-board. Hallmarked for the Chester Assay Office 1914 (rubbed makers mark). The frame's maximum external dimensions are 23 cm in height and 18 cm in width. Its aperture measures 18 cm x 13 cm.
