Description
Unusual and elegantly simple pair of solid silver candlesticks, Birmingham 1923. Cast silver sconces and shafts with weighted bases. Shallow-scalloped square shaped bases - also reflected in the form of their tops. Square section baluster-form shafts. The candlesticks are 13 cm in height. Both carry Birmingham assay hallmarks for 1923. Rubbed makers mark.These candlesticks are in very good condition commensurate with age. Very minor dings to base (shown in last image).
