A charming gouache painting of peonies, lupins and daisies in a pottery vase.Painted and signed by the artist Nigel Lytton and dated 1949.
Neville Stephen Bulwer-Lytton OBE 1879- 1951, second Earl of Lytton, brother of Countess Balfour, Emily Lutyens and suffragette Constance Lytton. He was the son of the Viceroy of India Robert B Lytton, the first Earl of Lytton.
