A beautiful Japanese Meiji period gold lacquer five case inro in Takamaki-e,a raised lacquering featuring a river meandering through a mountainous tree filled landscape with buildings,on a blue cord with a gilt metal mounted ojime(6mm).
It has 4 character signature on the base.

Height 9.3 cm

Condition: Overall in excellent and tidy condition, small area of wear to gilt on the raised lacquer of second section up from bottom.
