Description
An Antique hallmarked silver snuff box of oblong shape has an ornate engraved design to the top with a shield cartouche to the center, featuring an eagle perched on a gloved hand. The box has a lift-up lid revealing a gilded interior and is hallmarked for Birmingham 1901 by William Thorneywork. The length of the box is 7.5cm with a width of 4cm. The total weight is 39.3g/1.26 troy OZ.The box has a few dings on one end as shown. The interior needs a clean, which I will do before dispatch.
