Description

A lovely oak work table. We date this table to the first half of the 20th century.

The table is circular in shape with a carved edge and features a hinged table top that lifts to reveal the work box section. The work box is lined with a gold coloured fabric with a padded pin area on the underside of the table top, both finished in a matching braid. The table stands on four carved square section legs.

The table has a height of 18.5" (46cm) with a diameter of 19.5” (50cm).

This lovely work table remains in very good solid condition with minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There are a few darker indentations to the table top and the original pin panel on the reverse of the table top has been replaced at some time in the past.

This remains a very stylish work table. It will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
