Description

A lovely media cabinet. We date this cabinet to the late 20th century.

The cabinet sits on four splayed bracket feet.

The cabinet consists of a lift top lid over two side hinged doors each with an attractive inlaid oval shape and fitted with small brass button handles. Internally there is a top fixed shelf over two adjustable shelves.

Below there is a full width drawer over a cupboard storage area. The drawer has an inlaid edging, fitted with brass drop ring handles mounted on circular backplates. The cupboard also has a matching inlaid edging and is fitted with small brass button handles.

The cabinet has a height of 53" (134cm), a width of 25" (64cm) at widest and a depth of 17.5" (45cm) at deepest.

Internally the cabinet has a width of 20.5" (52m) and depth of 14" (46cm).

This lovely media cabinet remains in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. The dividers in the base cupboard have been removed at some time in the past.

This remains a very stylish and elegant media cabinet which will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
