Description

A lovely walnut cheval mirror. We date this mirror to the first half of the 20th century.

The mirror consists of a bevel edge slender mirror with a shapely top supported on a simple frame.

The frame sits on arched legs, supported by a horizontal rail below the mirror. The mirror supports rise from the legs to support the mirror at either side.

The mirror has an overall height of 61" (156cm), a width of 16" (41cm) at the feet and a base depth of 14" (36cm) at the feet.

This lovely cheval mirror remains in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage.

This remains a very stylish and elegant cheval mirror which will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
