Description

A lovely rabbitman oak dresser. We date this dresser to the second half of the 20th century.

The dresser is supplied in one section please check measurements for delivery around corners etc.

The dresser sits on four downward tapered square section feet.

The top features a gallery that is slightly shallower at the top and has two full length fixed shelves with a panelled back. There is an attractive carving at the top along the front.

The base section consists of three drawers with wooden button handles over two cupboards. There are three panels with the two side panels being side hinged cupboard doors and the middle panel is fixed. The doors are fitted with metal catches.

Internally there is a recessed wooden shelf in the left hand side cupboard and the right hand side has a full sized shelf.

There is a small carved rabbit on the right hand side front canted corner of the base.

The dresser has an overall height of 70" (178cm), a base section height of 35" (89cm), an overall width of 60" (153cm), and a base depth of 18" (46cm).

The gallery has a depth of 7” (18cm) at the top, the top shelf has a depth of 5” (13cm) and the lower shelf has a depth of 6” (16cm).

This lovely oak rabbitman dresser remains in good solid condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage, including some slightly darker marks to the top surface.

This remains a stylish and elegant rabbitman oak dresser. It will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
