Description

An attractive Edwardian mirror. We date this mirror to the very early 20th century.

The mirror consists of a large central beveled edge mirror flanked either side by carved columns. The mirror has a decorative top with attractive dentil mouldings.

The rear of the mirror is fitted with brackets for securing to the wall.

The overmantle mirror has a height of 38" (96cm), a width of 58" (147 cm) at its widest and a depth of 6" (16cm) at the deepest.

This lovely Edwardian carved oak overmantle mirror remains in good solid condition with surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is some very minor foxing to the mirror.

This remains a stylish and elegant overmantle mirror which will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
