Description

An attractive oriental bench. We date this bench to the mid 20th century.

The bench sits on four rectangular section legs carved legs with side stretchers. The bench has a solid seat area with shapely carvings under the seating at the top of the legs front and rear.

The bench has an overall height of 22" (56cm), with a width of 84" (214cm), and a depth of 18” (45cm).

This attractive rustic bench remains in good solid condition, with surface marking commensurate with age and usage. The bench has minor wear to some of the edges.

This remains a very stylish and elegant bench which could also function as a smart hall bench etc. It will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
