Description

A lovely oak display cabinet. We date this cabinet to the second half of the 20th century.

The display cabinet comes in two sections for transport.

The base section has a two door cupboard with one shelf and sits on small carved cabriole legs to the front and . The cupboard doors are ornately carved and have brass fittings. The interior of the base section is fitted with a mid height removable wooden shelf.

The top section is carved and fitted with pretty glazed doors and has two fixed wooden shelves. The very top of the cabinet has an ornate moulding.

The top section and base unit are fitted with locks (key supplied).

The display cabinet has an overall height of 76" (193cm), a width of 48" (122cm) and a base depth of 17.5" (45cm). The shelves of the top section have a depth of 10.5” (26cm) and the bottom section shelf has a depth of 14.5” (37cm).

This lovely display cabinet remains in a good solid condition with surface markings commensurate with age and usage, these include a few small marks to the top surface of the base section.

This remains a very stylish display cabinet. It will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
